Do I get to see a proof before printing?
Yes. After you order, we prepare a digital proof of your artwork and share it with you. Printing starts only after you approve it.
Which file formats can I upload?
PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, SVG, PNG and JPG. For the sharpest result, send a vector PDF or AI file, or an image of at least 300 dpi at print size.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Each product shows its minimum quantity on the product page, and the price calculator won't let you go below it. For larger runs, use the bulk order form for a custom quote.
How do I pay?
You can pay online by UPI, card or net banking, or choose to pay after you approve your proof, where offered at checkout.
How long does delivery take?

Do you provide GST invoices?

Can I order a size or material that isn't listed?
Yes. Use Request a quote with your size, material and quantity, and we'll reply with a price.
Can I cancel or change my order?
