Everything we make is printed to order with your design, so we can’t resell it. That shapes the policy below.
Before you approve your proof
You can cancel for a full refund. Contact us with your order number.
After you approve your proof
Printing may already have started, so orders can’t usually be cancelled. [Any exceptions or partial refunds.]
If something is wrong with your order
If your order has a print defect or doesn’t match your approved proof, tell us within [number] days of delivery with photos. We’ll reprint it or refund you.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider and usually take [5–7] working days to appear.
